The role:
This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join an innovative SaaS company in the B2B influencer marketing space.
This role will become a key link between the commercial teams and the finance team. You will take on and own the day-to-day finance function of a fast-growing company. You will be responsible for managing the AR & AP functions through effective credit control, invoice posting & bank reconciliations. You will also assist with the preparation of the monthly & year end management accounts.

Head Office: London Bridge (hybrid)
Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9.00am till 5.30pm with up to 1 hour for lunch
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the credit control function working towards team KPI’s to maximise cashflow and reduce outstanding debt, reviewing, and chasing customers as necessary.
- Liaising with commercial teams to assist with supplier registration and ensure successful customer invoicing & submission to customers’ portals
- Maintaining the Purchase Ledger including invoice posting, reconciling statements, and making weekly payments to suppliers & influencers.
- Processing travel and staff expenses ensuring compliance with expense policy.
- Cash management including checking & posting bank transactions daily and producing monthly bank reconciliations of both sterling and foreign currency bank accounts.
- Assisting with the preparation of month end tasks including, but not limited to:
- Bank & credit card reconciliation.
- AR & AP reconciliation.
- Accruals and prepayments.
- Maintenance of fixed asset register and depreciation.
- Review of VAT account to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assisting with the completion of the year-end financial accounts.
- Assisting the CFO with systems and process improvements.
Required Skills:
- 2 Years minimum experience working in a fast-paced environment with a solid understanding of AP, AR and month end close.
- Excellent Excel skills and experience working with Xero.
- Studying towards ACCA qualification.
- Salesforce knowledge and some experience in a Software or Software as a Service Business (SaaS) are a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Team player with a high level of dedication.
